On 1st March 2010, 121partners delivered a ‘Peak Performance’ Seminar in partnership with BT at the BT Tower in London. Five Olympic medallists presented along with speakers from business to an audience of 90 HR and business leaders from some of the UK’s largest companies.

New Book Published
121 lead partners, John Blakey and Ian Day, have recently published a book titled "Where were all the coaches when the Banks went down?". The book explores the repercussions of the ‘credit crunch’ crisis on the coaching profession and introduces the FACTS coaching approach; a skills framework that enables experienced coaches and business leaders to evolve their coaching skills in a way that is appropriate to the new economic environment.
